Terms of use
Last updated: 7 November 2026
These terms apply to learnlittlebylittle.com and its courses (together: "Little by Little"), run by [Your name] in the Netherlands. By using Little by Little or creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
- Little by Little is free. It is offered as it is, without guarantees that it is always available, complete or free of errors.
- The learning texts are written with the help of AI and may contain mistakes (see About). They are meant for language learning, not as a news source or as advice.
- We may change, pause or stop the service or parts of it. Before stopping completely, we will tell account holders where possible, so you can export your progress.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- An account is for one person. Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
- You can delete your account at any time under Cuenta.
- We may delete accounts that have not been used for 2 years, after an email warning.
3. Fair use
Do not misuse Little by Little. For example: do not try to access other people's accounts or data, attack or overload the service, use bots or scripts to create accounts or collect content, or use it for anything illegal. We may block or delete accounts that do this.
4. Content
The texts, exercises, design and code of Little by Little are ours. You may use them for your own learning, but not copy or republish them. News texts are based on facts from reports by the outlets they link to; those reports belong to their publishers.
5. Liability
As the service is free, we are not liable for any damage from using it, such as lost progress, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded (for example in case of intent or gross negligence). Export a backup now and then if your progress matters to you.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes, we tell account holders by email. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
7. Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to a court in your own country.
